| Pastry Diva Andrea Breisch is ready to create a treat for you that will
enchant your eyes and tantalize your taste buds. Her formal education and one-of-a-kind experience
make her pastries top-notch.
The Diva started practicing for her future in elementary school, ruining her mother's kitchen and creating
gooey brownies. Her formal practice started at Kendall College School of Culinary Arts in Chicago where
she earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts.

She furthered her education by achieving a Bachelor's
degree in Hospitality Management at Roosevelt University in Chicago. She also completed a Master Course
of Cake Decorating at Wilton Industries in Darien, Illinois. Her internship experience includes:
- Internship with Swiss Pastry Chef Gerhard Greub at the lavish Gerhard's Elegant European Desserts in Chicago
- Production of cakes, tarts, cookies and pastries for Pastry Chef Judy Contino at the renowned Bittersweet bakery
- Creation of hand painted European chocolates, tarts and pastries under Pastry Chef Ghyslain Maurais at Ghyslain Chocolatier in Union City, IN
After all that experience she has gone out to start her own pastry legacy as the Pastry Diva in Greentown, Indiana. She would like to
provide you with treasures of exclusive cakes, cookies, tarts and mini pastries made from the finest ingredients for all your special occasions. Come try
